Look after their assigned Field or field areas, ensure plants receive sufficient water, check drippers and plant health, and complete daily tasks assigned by the Area Supervisor.

• Monitor plant health and report any issues identified.
• Identify and report damaged pipes, water leaks, and irrigation problems.
• Carry out daily tasks such as weeding, cleaning, and fixing pipes when instructed.
• Keep their assigned fields clean, neat, and properly maintained.
• Follow daily instructions received from the Area Supervisor.
• Update assigned tasks and record completed work.
• Report incomplete tasks or problems affecting their assigned areas.
