Floating Team

is a crew allocated to blocks(fields) for the day rather than permanently tied to one block. Tehan said people can also move between teams, for example, from cucumber harvest to pepper harvest.

• Spraying team: allocated daily through spray planning.
• Planting-prep team: triggered by the seeding plan.
• Harvest team: used for cucumbers and open-field peppers; pepper crop-maintenance workers harvest their own rows in net/plastic houses instead.
• Maintenance and other floating teams: mentioned as daily block allocations, without a fuller breakdown.
• Mixing and cleaning: listed as floating operations work, but the notes do not clearly define each as a separate named team.
